Why is there a time limit?

To ensure stable and smooth cloud gaming for global users, EasyFun dynamically allocates playtime based on server capacity. Guests get 30 minutes per day, logged-in users 6 hours. Time limits will extend with platform growth.

Why do I get queued?

Queues activate during peak server loads; logged-in users have priority. We are expanding servers to improve experience. Please be patient.

Can I save or reload previous games?

While cloud gaming, if you accidentally refresh, reload within 2 minutes to restore your session.

What if the game doesn’t load?

Check your network, try incognito mode, clear cache, or contact support for help.

Can ads be disabled?

Ad blockers may prevent games from loading. Ads support our servers; please disable ad blockers for best experience.

Why is there game lag?

Lag happens due to distance or unstable network. Use stable connection, close bandwidth-heavy apps. We’re expanding servers.

Why do I get Google login alerts when signing in?

Each EasyFun cloud session creates a virtual device. Google sees this as a new device login and sends security alerts. This is normal.
